Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you may use Appibase to create hosted checkout pages and payment links. By using Appibase, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or merchant, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Our role

Appibase provides tools that let merchants generate checkout sessions and payment links. We are not a bank or payment processor. Payments are processed by the merchant’s chosen gateway (for example SATIM), and the merchant is responsible for its own terms presented to consumers.

Your account and obligations

Provide accurate account, business, and contact information.
Secure your credentials and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Only use Appibase for lawful transactions and comply with card-network and gateway rules.
Do not misrepresent prices, goods, or services, and clearly display your own Terms/Privacy to your buyers.

Fees

Any Appibase platform fees will be shown in your account or agreement. Payment gateway and card-network fees are set by the processors and not by Appibase.

Data and privacy

We use your data to operate and improve Appibase, including fraud prevention and customer support. See our Privacy Policy for details. You must only pass customer data to Appibase that you are authorized to share and must comply with applicable privacy laws.

Availability and support

We aim to keep Appibase available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or change the service at any time. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.

Prohibited uses

Illegal or high-risk activities without written approval.
Abuse, reverse engineering, or disrupting the service.
Sending harmful code or violating third-party rights.

Disclaimers and liability

Appibase is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Appibase is not liable for lost profits, indirect, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid to Appibase in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new date at the top of the page. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
